I'm Clément Tabareau — a product designer and creative operator based in Paris.
I work with founders, product leaders, and ambitious brands when the design challenge is too big for one discipline — and the stakes are too high to get wrong.
In 2024, I led Gigi from zero to #1 in France's App Store. D1 retention landed at 65–70% against a 25% category average, and D30 reached ~20% against a 7% benchmark.
Before that, I led TRYO from concept to launch at QReal, part of The Glimpse Group (NASDAQ: VRAR) — a 500+ product AR platform spanning Gucci, Cartier, Adidas, Chanel, Sephora, Rolex, and Yves Rocher. Partner brands reported a 25% reduction in returns and a 35% increase in engagement.
I also designed the biometric payment experience JP Morgan deployed at the F1 Miami Grand Prix across four form factors for a live event environment serving 55,000+ attendees. The pilot reported 100% transaction success and expanded the following year.
